For the past 20 years , the artist has lived and worked in the small hamlet of Cignano near the Etruscan hilltop town of Cortona, this and it’s surrounding area, has been the source of her inspiration. For much of that time she has been concentrating on still lives and landscapes, exploring colour and surface.
Recent work however, while still incorporating the land often alludes to mythology, lost worlds and ancient artefacts.
